Moving on....

Well I have not blogged here since April-- I suck !! I guess I am a little bit over working in a small county ER I am ready to move back to the city!! back to a level 1, back to not having to transfer most patients out that have real medical problems!! Not having to pray for good flying weather when I have a critical patient that needs a helicopter ride to the city. So I am leaving my little count ER where some nights I am the only RN there, and going back to where I belong in the land of complete and utter madness, let the fun begin--- again!!!

GET A FAMILY DOC!!!

I am so annoyed tonight, working overtime and every patient is BS-- my toe has hurt for a month, I have been coughing for 6 months-- 3 nursing home patients that never needed to be at the ER-- I just want one patient that actually needs to be at the ER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes I am whining!!!!!!!!

OK -- Well I am officially not a virgin to blogging anymore!!! Maybe someone may even read this???

My name is Jen I am an ER nurse, I have worked in ER's of all sizes, but most recently I have decided to stop driving so far from home!! I am now working weekends in a small county ER-- big change!! Same crazy patients though, just less of them!! I cant wait to continue my new blogging journey!! Enjoy!!
